The LDS Church responds to "Home Invasion" No on 8 ad

There is a lot of chatter online about Proposition 8. The best thing that you can do is to support the opinions that you agree with and oppose the ones you don't. The opposition is commenting away...if someone is on the fence, is that all we want them to see? NO! Make your voice heard, even if you can't vote on the issue! bigot, n. :a person obstinately or intolerantly devoted to his or her own opinions and prejudices ; especially : one who regards or treats the members of a group (as a racial or ethnic group) with hatred and intolerance.
tolerance, n. :The capacity for or the practice of recognizing and respecting the beliefs or practices of others; Leeway for variation from a standard.
Both sides of the debate need to recognize that there are many opinions out there and need to treat each other with respect.

I am still in shock that this would actually be put on the air for people to see. I am not surprised that it is on utube though.
It's so ridiculous and it definitely should not be tolerated.
As always the church leaders respond with grace and dignity. They are such good examples to the entire world.
Amen to what Tara said: the Church's response showed me, once again, what true love and tolerance is about.
does anyone know the outcome of this? did they air the commercial?
