Please learn the meanings of these words before you use them to describe people who contribute to this blog.

bigot, n. :a person obstinately or intolerantly devoted to his or her own opinions and prejudices ; especially : one who regards or treats the members of a group (as a racial or ethnic group) with hatred and intolerance.

tolerance, n. :The capacity for or the practice of recognizing and respecting the beliefs or practices of others; Leeway for variation from a standard.

Both sides of the debate need to recognize that there are many opinions out there and need to treat each other with respect.

Thank you.

The opposition is commenting away...if someone is on the fence, is that all we want them to see? NO! Make your voice heard, even if you can't vote on the issue!
