There is a lot of chatter online about Proposition 8. The best thing that you can do is to support the opinions that you agree with and oppose the ones you don't. bigot, n. :a person obstinately or intolerantly devoted to his or her own opinions and prejudices ; especially : one who regards or treats the members of a group (as a racial or ethnic group) with hatred and intolerance.
tolerance, n. :The capacity for or the practice of recognizing and respecting the beliefs or practices of others; Leeway for variation from a standard.
Both sides of the debate need to recognize that there are many opinions out there and need to treat each other with respect.
